These terms govern the urgent carriage of goods, documents and parcels performed by Legssiar Rachid, licensed taxi operator, from Paris and the Île-de-France region to destinations in France and Europe.
Orders are placed by telephone, by WhatsApp or through the website form. A booking is accepted once the company confirms vehicle availability. No deposit is required.
The price follows the published rate card: a €40 pickup charge, €2.63 per kilometre beyond ten kilometres, and €10 for the dedicated vehicle. Night, Sunday and public-holiday surcharges are those set by the applicable prefectoral order. The certified taximeter determines the final price.
The client warrants that the shipment contains no dangerous goods within the meaning of the applicable regulations, no live animals, no illicit substances and no item whose possession or carriage is prohibited. The company may refuse any non-compliant shipment.
Packaging is the sender's responsibility and must suit the nature of the goods, the journey and the transport conditions. Temperature-controlled parcels must be handed over in sealed insulated packaging.
Carriage is covered by the operator's professional insurance. For any declared value above the usual limits, an ad valorem insurance extension must be requested before departure and confirmed in writing.
Goods are handed over in person to the recipient named by the client. A time-stamped photograph, the recipient's name and the GPS position of the delivery point are provided at no extra cost.
Cancellation is free until the vehicle has started towards the pickup point. After that, kilometres already travelled may be invoiced at the distance rate.
Payment is made on arrival by bank card or in cash. Clients holding a business account are invoiced monthly, payable within thirty days.
The company undertakes a best-efforts obligation. Delays caused by force majeure, road closures, administrative checks or acts attributable to the client or recipient do not give rise to compensation.
Data collected when booking is used solely to perform and invoice the service. It is neither transferred nor used for commercial purposes.
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
